Main Street Rogers Fourth Annual Chalk Walk Winners
ROGERS—Main Street Rogers announces the 2008 “Chalk the Walks” winners.
Saturday, June 14th, from 11am-1pm children in kindergarten through
ninth grades competed in three divisions for the best Work of Chalk Art.
In the Kindergarten through Third Grade Group, the winner was Madison
Hardin, daughter of Grant and Linda Hardin of Rogers. In the Fourth
through Sixth Grade Division, the winner was Molly Julien, daughter of
Randy and Anna Julien of Rogers. There was a tie in the Seventh through
Ninth Grade Division: Pratheepa Ravikumar, daughter of Kanbafamy
Ravikumar and Lalitha Kanbafamy of Rogers and Kirsten White, daughter of
Sean and Wendy White of Rogers.
The winners have been invited back to reproduce their winning Art Work
in a semi-permanent paint on the sidewalk, where they will remain until
next year’s Chalk Walk.
