The Main Street Rogers Preferred Loan Program is a cooperation between
Main Street Rogers and nine participating banks to encourage
redevelopment and investment in downtown Rogers. Participating banks
include Arkansas National Bank, Arvest Bank, Bank of Arkansas, Bank of
Rogers, Community Bank, First Security Bank, First Western Bank, Regions
Bank, and Simmons First Bank.

The Main Street Rogers Mini-Grant Program is a matching grant program up
to $1000 for façade renovations in the Rogers Historic District. Grants
are awarded on availability of funds.
Model Business Grants

Model Business Grants are awarded by the Arkansas Heritage Preservation
Program. Downtown building owners doing major renovation may partner
with Main Street Rogers to make application for this grant. It is a 100%
matching grant program.
